Section 01
1. Definitions
In this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context otherwise requires:
- "tk11", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our" — refers to tk11 and its internationally licensed operating entity, including the website at tk11.cam and all associated services.
- "Player", "you", "your" — refers to any individual who registers an account on the tk11 platform or accesses any of its services.
- "Account" — the registered user profile created by a Player on the tk11 platform, including the associated wallet and gaming history.
- "Wallet" — the in-platform balance held on behalf of the Player, funded through approved payment methods and used to place wagers across all tk11 gaming verticals.
- "Bonus Funds" — promotional credits credited to a Player's account subject to specific terms, wagering requirements, and time limitations applicable to each offer.
- "Agreement" — these Terms & Conditions as amended from time to time, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any product-specific rules published on the tk11 platform.
- "PKR / Rs" — Pakistani Rupee, the primary denomination in which tk11 Wallet balances are displayed for Pakistani players.
- "Wagering Requirement" — the total amount a Player must wager from Bonus Funds before those funds become eligible for withdrawal, expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount.
Section 02
2. Eligibility & Account Registration
Age Restriction — Strictly Enforced: The tk11 platform is exclusively available to individuals aged 21 years or older. It is a criminal offence in most jurisdictions for persons under the legal gambling age to engage in online gambling. tk11 performs age verification checks and reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time.
To register a tk11 account, you represent and warrant that:
- You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during which you use the platform;
- You are registering voluntarily as an individual in a personal capacity and not on behalf of any third party;
- All personal information provided during registration — including your full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, and email address — is accurate, current, and complete;
- You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion agreement on any gambling platform, including tk11;
- You understand that gambling carries financial risk and are registering with funds you can afford to lose;
- You are not a resident of, or accessing the platform from, a jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable local law;
- You have not previously had a tk11 account closed by the platform for breach of this Agreement.
One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one (1) tk11 account. Creating duplicate accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein. tk11 uses automated detection systems to identify multi-accounting behaviour.
Note: tk11 reserves the right to request identity verification documents (government-issued ID, utility bill, or equivalent) at any stage of registration or prior to processing any withdrawal. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe may result in account restriction.
Section 03
3. Account Security
You are solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of your tk11 Login credentials, including your username, password, and any Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) codes associated with your account. tk11 recommends enabling 2FA via SMS OTP as an additional layer of account protection.
You agree that:
- You will not share your tk11 Login credentials with any other person, including family members;
- You will not allow any other person to access or use your tk11 account, regardless of whether such access is authorised by you;
- You will notify tk11 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account;
- All activity occurring on your tk11 account while logged in under your credentials is deemed to have been conducted by you, and you accept full liability for such activity;
- tk11 support agents will never request your full password via any communication channel. Any such request should be treated as a phishing attempt and reported immediately.
tk11 employs AES-256 encryption across all data transmission and storage. Session tokens are time-limited and expire upon logout or after periods of inactivity. Despite these measures, you acknowledge that no online system is entirely immune to security breach, and tk11 shall not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised access where such access resulted from your own failure to maintain credential confidentiality.

4. Deposits & Payment Methods
Accepted Payment Methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Raast, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer. Minimum deposit: Rs 100. No deposit fees are charged by tk11. Third-party payment provider fees (if any) are the responsibility of the Player.
By depositing funds into your tk11 Wallet, you confirm that:
- The payment method used is registered in your own name and you are the authorised account holder of the JazzCash wallet, EasyPaisa account, or bank account from which funds are transferred;
- The funds you are depositing are not derived from illegal or fraudulent activity;
- You are depositing funds you can reasonably afford to lose in the context of entertainment expenditure.
tk11 reserves the right to decline any deposit or to request additional verification before crediting deposited funds to a player's Wallet. In cases where fraudulent deposits are detected, tk11 will freeze the affected account, reverse the deposit where technically possible, and report the matter to appropriate authorities.
Deposited funds do not earn interest. tk11 holds player funds in segregated accounts maintained separately from the company's operational capital, ensuring that player balances are ring-fenced at all times.
Section 05
5. Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:
- Identity Verification: tk11 may require identity verification (KYC) before processing any withdrawal. Players who have not previously completed KYC may be asked to provide a government-issued ID and proof of payment method ownership.
- Bonus Wagering: Where a Player has accepted bonus funds, any portion of the Wallet balance attributable to uncleared Bonus Funds remains subject to the applicable Wagering Requirement and cannot be withdrawn until that requirement is met in full.
- Withdrawal to Same Method: tk11 applies a same-method withdrawal policy where technically feasible — funds deposited via JazzCash will be returned to the same JazzCash wallet. Bank transfer withdrawals will be remitted to the verified bank account on file.
- Processing Times: JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals typically complete within 15–30 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals typically complete within 1–3 business hours during banking hours. tk11 is not liable for delays attributable to payment provider processing times.
- Minimum Withdrawal: Rs 200 minimum withdrawal applies. No maximum withdrawal limit is applied per transaction, although large withdrawals may require enhanced verification.
tk11 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending investigation where fraud, money laundering, or Terms of Service violations are suspected. In such cases, the player will be notified and provided with an estimated timeframe for resolution.

6. Bonuses & Promotions
All bonuses offered by tk11 — including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and VIP rewards — are subject to the following general conditions unless otherwise specified in the individual offer terms:
- Bonuses may only be claimed by the eligible account holder. Each bonus offer may be claimed once per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
- tk11 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, provided that any existing bonus already credited to a Player's account will remain subject to the terms under which it was awarded.
- Wagering Requirements must be completed within the specified time limit. Bonus funds and associated winnings not meeting the wagering requirement within this period will be forfeited automatically.
- Certain games may contribute less than 100% toward wagering requirement completion. Live casino table games typically contribute a lower percentage than slots. Specific contribution rates are published in individual offer terms.
- Bonus Abuse: Any Player found to be exploiting tk11 bonus offers through multi-accounting, structured deposits designed to circumvent bonus mechanics, or coordinated play with other players to manipulate bonus outcomes will have their bonus funds forfeited and their account closed. tk11 uses algorithmic monitoring to detect such patterns.
Note: tk11 applies a "maximum bet with bonus funds" rule of Rs 500 per spin or bet while a Wagering Requirement is active. Wagers exceeding this limit while bonus funds are in play may result in the voiding of winnings generated from those wagers.

7. Gameplay Rules & Fair Play
tk11 is committed to offering games that are certified fair and operate as advertised. Slot Return-to-Player (RTP) rates are published and independently verified. MT Live dealer tables use physical cards and equipment observable on live camera feed. Crash game outcomes are governed by provably fair algorithms with publicly verifiable seeds.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the tk11 platform:
- Use of automated betting software, bots, or scripts to place wagers on any tk11 game or betting market;
- Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors to generate winnings — players discovering such errors are obligated to report them to support immediately;
- Collusion with other players or with dealer staff to gain an unfair advantage in any game;
- Placing wagers on sporting events, matches, or outcomes in which the player has prior non-public knowledge;
- Any form of money laundering, including using tk11 as a mechanism to clean illicit funds through deposit and withdrawal cycling.
Winnings generated through prohibited conduct are void and will be deducted from the player's Wallet. Accounts found in breach of fair play rules are subject to immediate permanent closure.

8. Sports Betting Rules
The following rules apply to all sports betting activity on the tk11 sportsbook, including cricket (PSL, Test cricket, T20Is, ODIs), football, tennis, basketball, UFC/MMA, and all other offered sports:
- Bet Acceptance: Bets are accepted subject to the odds displayed at the time of placement. tk11 reserves the right to limit or refuse any bet at its discretion without explanation.
- Void Bets: Bets on events that are cancelled, abandoned without a result being determined, or postponed beyond the permitted rescheduling window will be voided and the stake returned to the Player's Wallet.
- Minimum Bet: Rs 100 minimum stake on all sports betting markets. Maximum stake limits are applied per market and displayed at time of bet placement.
- In-Play Betting: Live in-play bets are subject to brief acceptance delays while odds are confirmed. tk11 does not guarantee that in-play bets placed immediately after a scoring event will be accepted at pre-event odds.
- Obvious Error: Where odds are published in manifest error (clearly incorrect due to data feed malfunction or human error), tk11 reserves the right to void bets placed at those odds, regardless of their settlement status.
- Match Integrity: Any player found to have wagered on events in which they had prior knowledge of outcome manipulation will have their wagers voided and their account closed, with relevant information shared with sporting integrity bodies where required.

9. Responsible Gaming
Important: Gambling is entertainment, not a reliable income source. tk11 strongly encourages all players to set strict personal limits and to use our Responsible Gaming tools before beginning any gaming session.
tk11 is committed to providing a safe gaming environment and offers the following tools, available to all registered players via the Account Settings dashboard:
- Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on wallet top-ups. Limits take effect immediately when reduced; increases to limits require a 24-hour cooling-off period before activation.
- Loss Limits: Cap your maximum net loss over a defined period. Once the limit is reached, no further play is permitted until the period resets.
- Session Time Reminders: Configure in-session alerts at intervals of your choosing, notifying you of elapsed play time and current session net position.
- Reality Checks: Periodic full-screen notifications displayed during active game sessions, showing time played and net result.
- Self-Exclusion: Temporary exclusion (30 days to 12 months) or permanent self-exclusion. Exclusions are applied across all tk11 gaming verticals and take effect within one business day of request. During self-exclusion, the player will not receive any promotional communications from tk11.

Section 10
10. Account Suspension & Closure
tk11 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of this Agreement or applicable product-specific rules;
- Provision of false, misleading, or unverifiable personal information during registration or KYC;
- Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of funds from criminal activity;
- Multi-accounting or creation of duplicate accounts;
- Bonus abuse or systematic exploitation of promotional offers;
- Chargebacks or payment disputes initiated through a payment provider without first contacting tk11 support;
- Player request — accounts may be voluntarily closed at any time by contacting support, subject to completion of any pending transactions.
Upon account closure for cause, any Bonus Funds or winnings derived from Bonus Funds are immediately forfeited. Real-money funds attributable to Player deposits (excluding fraudulently obtained funds) will be returned to the Player's verified payment method within 15 business days, subject to any outstanding investigation.
Section 11
11. Intellectual Property
All content on the tk11 platform — including but not limited to the tk11 brand name and logo, game graphics, interface design, promotional materials, written content, and software — is the property of tk11 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the tk11 platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit any content from the tk11 platform without prior written consent. Any unauthorised use of tk11 intellectual property will be pursued under applicable law.
Section 12
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, tk11 shall not be liable for:
- Financial losses arising from gameplay outcomes on the tk11 platform, including losses resulting from technical malfunction where the game outcome cannot be confirmed;
- Loss of data, loss of opportunity, or indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform;
- Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing attributable to third-party payment providers (JazzCash, EasyPaisa, banking institutions);
- Platform unavailability due to maintenance, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond tk11's reasonable control, including telecommunications failures, natural disasters, or government-imposed restrictions;
- Unauthorised access to a Player's account resulting from the Player's failure to maintain credential security.
In any event, tk11's maximum aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their tk11 Wallet in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Section 13
13. Complaints & Dispute Resolution
tk11 operates a two-stage internal complaints procedure:
- Stage 1 — Live Support: Contact the tk11 live chat team, which operates 24/7. The vast majority of queries — including deposit issues, game disputes, and withdrawal queries — are resolved at this stage within the same session. The support team can be reached at any time via the live chat widget on the tk11 platform.
- Stage 2 — Formal Complaint: If your issue is not resolved through live chat to your satisfaction, you may submit a formal written complaint by email to [email protected], clearly describing the nature of the dispute, relevant transaction IDs, dates, and your preferred resolution. Formal complaints will receive a substantive written response within 5 business days.
If a complaint remains unresolved following Stage 2, the Player may escalate the matter to the relevant regulatory authority under whose jurisdiction tk11's international gaming licence is issued. tk11 will cooperate fully with any such regulatory review.
Note: Initiating a chargeback via your payment provider (JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or bank) without first exhausting tk11's internal complaints procedure is a breach of this Agreement and may result in account closure and debt recovery proceedings for any winnings previously paid out.
Section 14
14. Amendments to This Agreement
tk11 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email to the address on file and/or via a prominent notice on the tk11 platform. Non-material changes (such as typographical corrections or reorganisation of existing content without substantive change) may be made without individual notification.
The date of the most recent update is displayed at the top of this page. Continued use of the tk11 platform following the publication of amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease use of the platform and contact support to request account closure.
Section 15
15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
This Agreement and all matters arising from it — including any dispute, contractual or non-contractual — are governed by the laws applicable under the jurisdiction of tk11's international gaming licence. By registering an account and accepting these Terms, you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts or regulatory bodies applicable under that licencing jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute.
Nothing in this Agreement limits tk11's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent or restrain any breach of this Agreement or misuse of the platform or its intellectual property.
